Oh, that could work better than what I'm doing, writing everything on the top box. The AI forgets too quickly and most of the time ignores what I wrote there. Making a story with a trans guy that hasn't had surgery(so still has a vagina and uses masculine pronouns) is absurdly challenging. Even while talking about said character's womb the AI keeps trying to give him a dick.

Just like in real life, splashing cum onto the vagina can end up with it making its way to the important bits. It's unlikely, but far from impossible.

If you are having consistent irritating problems with one generator you may try others. I didn't enjoy the style of ai-gen refrenced by fox, and adjacent rpg one refrenced by cow is closer but not quite a hit for me. A bit fast, like it's hurrying to get to the point of the prompt that you gave, giving characters acceptance nigh next to full denial. So ye, every gen(as I assume tinkered by their creators using diffrent engines and weights) is diffrent in its own way. I haven't found memory to be that bad in my case. Mostly it's bad when keeping in mind abstract new plans made by characters, which is followed up with an unrelated scenes. But things concerning characters themselves usually stick. Also found that my AI ignored the prompt when it was in a middle of answering another prompt(aka it asnwers with 2 generations but I sometimes write after every generation), usually I cut and insert after the second generations where it feels like it said what it wanted to say.

He can barely churn out a scene and a few bugfixes every month. I think you should temper your expectations a little bit
And that one guy currently goes significantly slower than he once did. Additionally, he purposefully spaghetti-fied his own code to spite modders. Which just makes it harder to make new content for until he stopped giving a shit and now just dripfeeds stuff every several months.
While I too am dissatisfied with SO's update pace and amount (I have stopped being a long time patron and will never give him another cent at this point), do you have any evidence of him "purposefully spaghettifying" his code?
You can find it in a lot of past posts in the thread. Look for instances of "non-con." It almost always comes up when mention of his stance on non-con is relevant. Personally, I don't care for non-con, but its still a shitty thing to do. Yes, I know about UK laws, but no porn game's ever gotten in trouble because of a mod.
