You can just unlock the gallery using the code from the OP, scene with pregnancy is usually mark with A/B/C to denote the different stages of pregnancy.

I am having this same issue. I've done the camping trip multiple times, listened to all the stories and selected all options, all puzzles finished. Done it both days for 2 weekends straight. The quest doesn't advance, and thus I'm more importantly stuck with Natalie as her next step is to play it cool and go on the camping trip with her. I'm at a total loss for what else to try.
World of Sisters is all about the women each having at least one sister. So where is Judy/mom's sister? MC could then have an aunt and maybe two female cousins. Maybe you could even have the cousins father be a brother of the MC's father making them more like half sisters to the MC and his sisters.
Has anyone found a fix for this. I have multiple that aren't triggering, or they come up as paused but i cant unpause them.

As you can see by the lack of responses, this isn't a particularly friendly or helpful community. I'd recommend mining the content you can outside of that and then abandoning this game.
You have reached Natalie last content so far. The event is repeatable. Ignore it.

I read the breakdown of the characters and routes that the dev posted on here last year and I have a question.
Will a MC on the love path be able to have 3-ways and such with his two step sisters mom girlfriend etc? I hope so especially if everybody is cool with the sharing.
I want to go the love route but it'll be annoying if it locks us out of the group activities with the girls MC cares about.
I also hope that every impregnation choice isn't a lust path decision going forward because that would seriously suck. It's weird enough that if you do the love route choice of the day 1 bathroom scene with Jess she later still has dialogue and acts like she saw the MC's cock even if she didn't which makes that scene almost necessary for their interactions to make sense but that 20 lust on day one is a real pain to remove.
So far it seems like a lot of the good content is gated behind lust points or making lust choices which accumulate lust points. It makes the love route seem like it's not the intended way and it feels unrewarding.
I like the game but I always get frustrated by these mechanics and drop if for months only to check back later.
EDIT: This game is missing the "prostitution" tag. There are school girls straight up selling themselves in the boys bathroom. I also saw a heavenly hole scene for Bella and Zoey while I was looking through the scenes to see what all has been added.
I don't know the context but the Bella scene will probably ruffle some feathers because she is where the King's Club girls hoe themselves out in the heavenly hole and talks about how she always wanted to be banged by multiple strangers....hopefully that was just roleplay between her and the MC but given how degenerate everyone is in this game it might not be.

That would make this a bug then, because the other characters show that its the end of content when you reach it, here it says you have to do a thing.
