The good thing is, nukomajin is still active on twitter. At the very least, we know he did not disappear. From the looks of it he is making art for an Oneone1 game

I also read some of his posts and by the looks of it the stuff he put there is probably difficult, in a programming sense. I think the morning work UI he said was difficult for him to make? That's what I can make out of the translation.

Nothing still. There are some random sneak peeks and whatnot from the Philosopher's stone game. So, I'm not sure whether if Nukomajin is still involved with the production or they are already done drawing assets for it. Nukomajin is still active on twitter about unrelated things.

I am having conflicting results in multiple machine translations. Some suggest that Nukomajin completed it and is having doubts about the real time mechanic?

The translation is, "This may be a little too late, but I am not sure my game where NTR events happen in real time would be a good one (game)?"So he is having doubts about the NTR events and the game overall imo.

Their latest tweet from yesterday says, "The game has become one where you can put down the controller and still see the NTR events unfold! Well, that's the concept, but does that make it a game? Is this a game?"

I'm guessing they are referring to the game being currently worked on, I guess it looks like they want to use a more laid back format? Maybe something not too combat oriented?

I think the point here is that there are two moments in the game.
Dungeon and work. In this moment, real time is in effect, which means if you want to go to the toilet, you won't be able to pause. So you go to the toilet, and NTR happens.
Really, what's the point if the pause works?
