The game got a western release by Kagure last year, but it is banned here. The old translation request from before was eventually removed a few (maybe) weeks ago as it kept getting posted there.

You can probably find it around elsewhere, definitely the old online MTL. But don't ask for or link it here.

Check the screenshots and you'll see shota and a censored randoseru (elementary school backpack) wearing loli, it's banned for the usual rule (1.)7 reason.
