Im assuming by desperate state you mean unlocking the different cgs in the gallery? Meaning state 1 is fully dressed, state 2 partially, state 3 naked etc. You cant do that in the current version of the game on f95. Its bugged sadly. You will either need to buy the current version or just download the pixeldrain file above mine to get the latest update where its fixed.
EDIT: I Have no clue how to increase the states. I went through a run on the new version and i think its still bugged and not triggering right. I got the first 3 of the 6 scenes. Not sure if you have to just keep going at it without progressing story wise but i got the 3rd scene by the day i finished the route for the first girl. Maybe its a corruption route thing. will look into it after i get back from work. Its at least some progress from the version on the main page though, that was completely bugged and you couldnt progress the scenes at all.

Apparently the censor is a layer above the images, is it possible for BepInEX to remove this layer and leave the game uncensored?
It's a Unity game so you can learn to remove it yourself (and share here) or you can get help from awesome people in How to uncensor any Unity games page here. I doubt it will completely remove the censor but lighten the heavy censor is always appreciated.
With the new version you just have to keep molesting the same person over and over again. It only counts if you follow them and initiate the scene multiple times. The more you do it, the further you progress the lewd state and unlock the rest of the scenes.
Yeah, thats what i did. Both time periods, every day the same person. Followed the good end route for her so i did miss 2 time periods where i had to get off at certain spots for the quests but apart from that, day1 till when i achieved the ending. Don't know the reason yet, could still be bugged, could be a secondary mechanic to do that i didnt notice.
EDIT: There is no special things for the scene progression, You just have to intentionally hold off completing an ending and keep doing the heroine repeatedly. You need 3x of both scenes to progress to the next tier. This means you need to hold off from completing the route you are doing for multiple ingame days in order to get the t3 scenes for heroines. For example, i maxed out a heroine(every place is ero maxed) and had the story completed(1 trigger off completion) and still had to do 4 more ingame days to see the 2 naked scenes for her. Bit ridiculous that you have to wait so long but thats that.
TLDR: 3x t1 tits + 3x t1 fuck, will unlock t2. 3x t2 tits, 3x t2 fuck unlocks t3

No, when I unzipped the assets, the animation and the mosaic are in the same .mp4, at least I don't know of a way to reverse this.
If you want, I can bring the videos, but I believe that BepInEX with the gallery unlocker is more effective.
its kind of scuffed but yes. Go to gallery, click the girl you want and then click molester free play. Its the best you are going to get.

They fixed their clothes. Now they can strip fully. And you can finally 'corrupt' them for their stripping.
Taser attack seems buggy. Originally getting stunned ends your touching for the whole train journey.
Now it stuns you for abit but it also makes your movement timer during movement pace go SUPER fast. (Eg Imagine 10 seconds going to 0 in 3-4 seconds) and it doesn't reset.

The only other way is to use cheat engine to "stop" time, I think somene had tutorial how to do it some pages back.
You can obtain X accounts by getting information from the person's bag during groping. However, only the main 3 characters have X accounts.
