Conversations have pointed out that Allison tends to be a little "blunt" and "hot tempered" with others. So, while I think that the shown Charisma is a bit low (would go with 5 instead of a 4), you can see how the "hot tempered and in your face blunt attitude' can detract from her overall Charisma rating. I just think that it should be +1 due to her LOOKS making people tend to either forget how she can be, or underestimate her ability to call you out on you own BS.
I mean, let's be honest. We all can name one or two people who we looked at and went "wow", only to turn around and go "no way in hell" after spending time with them and their attitude annoys you. Not to mention that she is in a "position of authority" at work, so she is probably a bit more used to "bossing people" than most people are. Which obviously impacts her Charisma as well.
I like Allison (A LOT), but I honestly can't really imagine her as someone who would be able to "talk me into something" that much. Order me to do it? Yes. I can see her also being a "little" willing to "tease" to get her way without a "payoff down the road" (Minor cock-tease) at work, and probably in a relationship. Passionate, but only AFTER you get past her barriers she has up due to work environment. She only really "unwinds" with a select few OUTSIDE of work, so you don't get to see the "real" her that often if you only know her in general.
So, another 1st round "buster" after getting to the pros? Can see that being Wade's situation. All this 'potential" that he didn't really have a desire, or ability, to reach and just riding out the remaining contract obligations.

But you DO make a good point. That high-maintenance and wishy-washy attitude can do a lot to screw up any kind of relationship over time. Even more so when Cindy is obviously looking for ways to "keep the spotlight" on her by doing photo-shoots and constantly trying to drag Ian off to hit the club or be on her team for pool. It is almost like she KNOWS that Ian will give her the attention that Wade doesn't. I just don't think she realizes the TYPE of attention Ian is going to giver her if he has the chance. I mean, there is something ENJOYABLE about hooking up with her in an alleyway. Almost like you WANT to knock her down off her pedestal and treat her as a side-piece because of her maintenance costs and spot-light attitude.

Exactly but I think these Barriers you mentioned will fall in the future espescially with Ian and that's when she finally get's huge Character development and I hope we can see what kind of Person she really is. I also still think this "bossing People around" is just part of this Barriere because we've talked enough about her Struggles and Insecurity in regards to her Feelings here so this in Combination with playing the laid-back Hookup who doesn't want a serious Relationship is exactly what builds her Barriere and now she is kinda stuck in it.
When I play the full Alison Route I definitely can see how all of this already backfires on her and her barriere with Ian falls more and more every Chapter and I like in which Direction this Route is going.

Thankfully, ORS is set in a fictional universe where the story won't be affected by weird corporate decisions. But I admit, it would be interesting to see Ivy's reaction if that happened. She constantly claims that all girls should do this type of thing, because it's easy money, and her main plan to get noticed depends on Stalkdap. She'd be devastated if it repeated what Onlyfans did.
Alisons charisma just a 4 rating? In my opinion a 6 would be more realistic.

I believe it's when you say Cherry's looks good in reference to her style. Alison makes note of this and then the next time you see her she's changed into something she thinks Ian will like. It's her trying her best to keep Ian's attention on her and to make sure he doesn't slip away, which shows her insecurities peeking through. It's some really good and nuanced character interactions and one of the big reasons why I love Eva's games so much.
