It's happened with me also, but now you will not able to play any exe. File game, now this have a cooldown like few weeks then it will start running automatically till then just try to space in c drive more than 100 gb should be free then try train, if it's doesn't work then you have to wait until it's start working, and rember don't make new desktop and reset your pc cuz it will not work, I have experience this issue and it's fix automatically by its own, maybe few weeks to wait.
How can I beat this guy? I can't train with Mikhail anymore. What Should I do? Or I need to plan how to use my energy in fight?

Someone shared this technique and it worked for me to. Attack cards only no defensive cards. If you still get knocked out you can restart with the quick save or just scroll back with the mouse wheel.
