The Visit is starting out pretty well. Nice animations. I don't know if the story will be as deep as DoD, but I personally think it's pretty decent.

Avast identifies two instances of ELF:Agent-RA[Trj] when the compressed file is expanded. One is sent to lib/linux-i686/lib/python2.7/_ssl.so and the other is sent to linux-x86_64/lib/python2.7/_ssl.so

Oh my god this was one hell of a ride. Thanks a lot for this game and I really hope you'll be able to continue working on it or give us some new content to enjoy.

Those are base Ren'Py files and do not contain any virus/trojan/etc.
So much for using the walkthrough as a guide. Ended up with the bad ending... :disappointed:
OK, I've decided to start this again, since it's tagged as "Complete".
I'll list any bugs, errors, spelling/grammar mistakes and inconsistencies below;
- After naming your character, the text should read "your" and not "you"
- Tracy is noted as being "a few months older". 9-18 months is quite a bit more than a "few".
- Second visit to the library; "brids" should be "birds".

Would be pointless as episode 12 doesn't include any branching paths. If you want a specific ending, then just use the walkthrough in the OP and this chart:

That was one hell of a ride. This game has better plot than some of the hollywood films. Some plot turns were pretty laughable (in a bad way) and I find the endings being underwhelming, but overall this is a good game. I really liked apprition guy and Marcus
Does the Alt. ENDING button really give a different and if so how to get a different ending?
Lost memories is out, seems like it's going to be a side project in which he focuses on extra content or 'missing scenes' from the main game.
Just click on it so that it's activated, then get the true ending. (Or do what I did and load a save of the true ending, activate it, roll back to before the ending starts, then go forward to get the alt ending)
