The dev is most certainly not dead. He has been active a few days ago on Boosty and there's minor activity by the Dev on his Discord forum section.
Work is slow but it's coming along. (As PGN himself said a few months ago).

Russia has not been mobilized for war for several years. The author simply did nothing, he himself wrote about it in Discord
excuse that is not related to war at thing point is kinda suspicious. imagine if it's someone else trying to convince supporters that the dev is kicking so income will not cutoff. nvm is just speculation. coz he can say he is busy bcoz of how chaotic their situation.

That's why I said earlier that it'd be something else related to hardware failures. His motherboard died, and instead of replacing it, he sent it back to be fixed... And that rarely works out that well, in my experience, at least. And that's assuming it was the motherboard causing the problems, which seems to be a common theme in hardware troubles over the years. I think he's had a few hardware issues, which is often the case when you replace components one by one, as it ends up being a constant cycle of trying to stay ahead of failing parts. A bit like the 40-year-old mop that'd had 20 new heads and 15 new shafts.
