So far Tremolo refuses anything more than a kiss if you're chosen a girl instead of others (don't know if affinity has anything to do with it), unless your girl wants to have a threesome or something.
Because of this, I doubt DPC will make us cheat on a CHICK Jill route.

Like I said in a previous post, I don't think we will meet Bianca enough on a Isabella route and my guess is that it's mandatory to flirt with Bianca during the halloween party (which can only be done on a Jill route as far as I found) to be able to date her/hook up later in the franchise. The guide also states that Bianca will remember that you flirted with her/touched her body, I doubt that will not end in anything.

It is possible you can't get CHICK Quinn (I only started Quinn paths from Season 3 on these recent playthroughs and set the affinity when starting, and haven't gone back through to check), but you can definitely get DIK Jill. It's difficult, but not impossible.

Both options (Chick Quinn / DIK Jill) are impossible in a normal gameplay without using a console, URM, or cheats. Strict checks here and there and special conditions simply don't allow this to happen.

Your romance with Jill is over in EP7 if you have a DIK aff during the choice "fight for her" or not. Despite you choice it's the end of relationship if you are in DIK zone. Even if you'll manage to pass this check being Neutral, you will never get a DIK aff after, bc you did too much of Chick choices previosly.

Maximum you can get with Jill is a Neutral aff. This way you can do drugs to get an additional content with her, bc it's seems to be a sensitive topic to her (Lana).

Same goes to Quinn, but here it's about the DIK choices in summary, the ones you had to do to stay on her path and the affinity check in EP6. You can't be Neutral or Chick at EP6, and to get the DIK affinity up to EP6 you have to make more of DIK choices than lets you stay at a Chick zone in the end of EP8.

Maximum you can get with Quinn is a Neutrall aff. Here are not a lot of visible changes. Probably nothing, if I remember correclty.

I wonder how then. You need to be invited to the dinner date with her friends to be able to choose her in the end and not being rejected by her, for that you must be either neutral or CHICK. After the date you only get 2 more major choices.

Because of this, even if I choose the DIK option both times (while being only 1 major DIK away from transferring to DIK), it always goes back to neutral.

Not, sure if possible, but from what you are describing the only way to work you need to be neutral and one choice away from switching to dik and after getting her pick only dik. I think Neutral is the safest bet, but you can try. Use URM so you dont have to replay large portions and see if it allows you like that.

Most LIs other than these 2 are Affinity agnostic but you can miss out certain girls at certain moments under certain circumstances.

A Chick or Neutral MC will miss Lily if no Blowjob at preps party.

In that case Chick/Neutral MC misses that opportunity for interaction he is off Lily's radar.

A Dik Manwhore MC fits with her plan of being King Queen with no feelings.

But a Neutral/Chick who isn't judgemental is far more dangerous. For my Lily save that I had before they all got lost it was Neutral. Imo it felt better narratively.

Usually if a specific choice has an influence on a later scene, it is mentioned at that choice. However I found a choice where that didn't happen and because of that I lost about 1-1.5 hours of play time.
The choice is if you're on the Cathy route, she can give you a blowjob in Bella's car. The guide doesn't warn that if you do that, you cannot choose her path anymore. The guide only says this much later, during the car ride with Isabella.
This is a shame, I would've loved a possible threesome with them.

To be fair, that was the first time possible to have sex with Cathy, and I think I'm not mistaken that to many players (at least when it comes to looks) she is the hottest teacher. I can't blame them if they wanted to have sex with her, especially if they're going for a full house when it comes to teachers (especially with what we find out in season 3 about Nora).
