Hestia when you rewind time at the "End of time" you can talk immediately to her that you found the dildos.
The rewind/or the talk about the dildos let vanish the clothes and the strapon you found.
Only when you delete the complete Quest and do all again it works correct again.

the game is unplayable for me i did every step but i get the blue screen every few scenes, sometimes even when i open the options, i read some things that are supposed to fix it but none of them worked like playing on window mode instead of Fullscreen
for some reason the game seems to go back to the main menu and then it starts flickering with random numbers and all that just like several other people

I uploaded the GOFILE, PIXELDRAIN, and WORKUPLOAD zips myself, so I can vouch for those three. I know there has been a recent virus scare on F95 but my game loves to trip the virus scanners because it's not made in RenPy, Unity, or UE. I can't make them all happy but you are always welcome to submit ktt.exe and KronosTimeTitan.exe to whatever AV software you use on their website and they will do a deep scan to verify the game is clean.
I personally don't use VirusTotal for anything because I find the information is rarely helpful to me, but if you or anyone else ever gets a false positive from Microsoft Defender (not to be confused with MS Edge that flags almost any download) please let me know right away and I will submit the files to MS for deep scanning. I have to do that every now and then but Microsoft always confirms the game is clean and whitelists it for their next virus definition update.
25.03.11, but apparently the game didn't install the last update right it now works and i don't have the issue anymore

No idea honestly, i simply put in the svefolder and i works. I tested it a few times and it did worked. So sorry i habe no idea what is wron :/
