I'm pretty sure that Cindy also comments on it in chapter 11's sex scene, or whatever sex scene between the two that she comments about her going to the gym. Emma, in a round about way comments on it to Lena when they go bikini shopping; she says that everyone is starting to change and specifically mentions Holly and Lena, but Ian can also be inferred here. Ivy doesn't know Ian as well as most of the other female cast, but she is impressed he was able to tap her in their spar.

c) Ian likes Holly´s wild side really much and they experiment a lot further. But even then Holly is no cheater since they do it together, not behind the back
