Even as someone who likes Kirito I have long-since accepted there will be no 'happy end' for him at all in this game, I'm just here for the Hentai really, but the closest thing to 'happy' he will be is probably the route where he full-on becomes a cuck and enjoys seeing Asuna (And maybe the others) getting fucked by Inoda. The other ending is probably just gonna be him remaining completely oblivious to what's going on.

it looks like all my guesses were right it was asuna and inoda , now all that's left is to guess where it is, it can't be the hotel in real life as there is no such environment, unless he create one.it looks just like what cuckito saw with klein, it looks like asuna in the background but it could also be leafa, the first corruption of consensual sex I think it would be in FOG first, before the real world maybe I'm wrong but it looks like this,

To be fair, the Love Hotel has yet to reappear in Part 2 and like the other places it may have been completely reworked by Fujino after he 'upgraded' everything, so that COULD be the love hotel still.

this was posted before by someone else, I was just refreshing memory of it.
As I understand it, Fujino laid the foundation for the game, thought through roughly the scenario + (skills and perks for it) and now he simply substitutes the animation for the scenario and writes the code. perhaps adding edits little by little as requested by sponsors and ordinary fans using voting method

Suguha is my favorite SAO girl, so I unironically from the beginning have been hoping that Hebishima somehow gets removed and she gets 'stolen' by Inoda if only because Inoda 100% seems like the type that actually would 'keep' all his women if only out of his obsession/possessiveness while Hebishima has just fucked and thrown away 98 of them so far (And also because I would like to see a Suguha x Asuna threesome before the game ends, but that's beside the point XP).

It actually was, but you need to remember the whole subtext of the game to do so, checking the forums you will see Hebishima actually got Sinon to get him some real drugs he spiked his drink with the first time in the karaoke, AND then the second time at the cafe, that's how he recorded her masturbating while moaning for Kirito and managed to blackmail her into start doing sexual things with him :O

Asuna has already been confirmed several times that she will only be fucking Inoda, this is something Fujino refused to buldge in, even when he offered the possibility of the other girls getting fucked maybe by others Asuna was the only one he left out of the poll.

Regarding Suguha, see that's the issue, WAY too many people in SAO Hentai just throw her into "NTR" situations just because she's in love with Kirito, completely missing both the point of her choosing his happiness over her feelings and also that she's literally the one out of all the girls that Kazuto actively rejected, so NO situation where she's getting fucked by others is 'NTR'. Hilariously, the only actual NTR one could make of Suguha would be if they had her fucking Kirito against his will behind Asuna's back in the hope of stealing him from her, but because NTR of named series usually focuses more on screwing over the MC than on the actual literal meaning of NTR this never happens. Asuna is the one with the most NTR doujins/hentai without a doubt, but whenever someone is making full-on NTR they involve the other SAO girls and usually tag it as NTR because of that, is just a very widespread way of thinking considering that as long as the girl has feelings for the MC if you draw her getting fucked by someone else it's immediately NTR, even though SAO is one of the rare pieces of media where the MC chose and stuck with his girl practically from the beginning XP

And well, that's the thing, she IS fully corrupted, but there is not a bit of 'realism' in it like you said Like, it would be 'realistic' if these were generic OCs, but it's not at all for Suguha's character, hell, Fujino actually had to twist the timeline into a big mess just to make her feel as 'NTR' as possible. Like, Kirito has nightmares about Oberon fucking Asuna, which means the Fairy Dance Arc happened, but somehow that's impossible because clearly Suguha never met him as Leafa in ALO here. The only reason for this plot hole is so that she can't have 'confessed' to him already, which would make Hebishima blackmailing her into his new fuck-buddy in the most cliche NTR way possible impossible if it had happened :3

The thing is, if I have to choose between Inoda and Hebishima, I choose Inoda not because he's better or I like him (Hell I particularly dislike ugly bastards, feel like one of the worst NTR Tropes as if going one NEEDS to be an ugly/old fat loser to not get girls, LOL), but because he's the 'MC', and if it allows even a bit of karmic justice to fall on the other walking NTR cliche that is Hebishima I will feel satisfied. ANY woman near the protagonist is part of NTR. Even Kirito's mother and the nurse who took care of him, only appearing a few times in the story, are NTR targets.

If Fujino keeps Hebishima then I can see Suguha getting a full corruption story. But he axes him then who knows what will happen. Maybe she will be rolled into Inoda's harem like some wants or maybe she will be put on a bus to Sakura's village.
