That may be because the current version available at f95zone is dom and incomplete love path, most probably you took a path that doesn't neatly follow into any of those category and you might have not completed appropriate side quest for seegs scenes with aunt hence you might have been stuck. I recommend you to look for saves shared earlier and advice on how to unlock these paths to resolve this issue
That is for full dom route, I think ending for full love route will be different

Thanks but I already checked there and I was confused because in your previous reply and also on Itch.io comments, Dev specifically mentioned 'itch' would have the latest version(1.03 with new ending), so I was wondering if steam will later receive that or if its Itch.io exclusive content.

Do people that purchased it on Itch.io get a Steam key?
I think some dev's do this for advertising and for people to leave reviews on Steam is my guess, or they just have an abundance of keys to get rid of.

There is such a possibility, but it only applies to people who bought the game at the current price (similar to Steam). Steam doesn't like it when their keys are sold at a lower price.
