Are there any external tools for vam which gives you a list of var which are missing dependencies and what dependencies are they missing

Also list of broken vars

There is a built in tool for that. Just go to package manager > scan hub for missing packages

I wanted to copy the text to search for missing dependencies, currently my vam dependencies are a mess with lot of packages missing.

In that case, after you launch VAM, before doing anything else that might create more error messages, open the UI and click on the Error Messages button (exclamation mark inside a circle) - the text there is copyable, and while it's not sorted alphabetically (you could paste into something like Notepad++ to do that, though), it will however inform you of which packages rely on the missing dependencies.
