If you're trying to load from an existing save-file, it won't work. You'll need to restart from the beginning, as the script only checks for patches at the very beginning of the game.

Yep, it worked that way as well on his other game. Well gonna try this I really liked Friends in Need.

I put it in the game file and the root folder just in case and its working now. Not sure

it's my dad fault when i was a child he told me : Son, women are are cryptic creature (i was lost at that cryptic thingy but kept listening) when they say yes, it mean perhaps ... when they say perhaps it mean no and when they say no, it mean try harder ...

Hey folks, if you liked this, please check out my main game, Friends in Need, and consider hitting up my Patreon if you dig it. It has similar content, just.. more. More girls, more choices, more sex scenes. Heavy emphasis on light/dark choices, romance, humor, etc.
As others have pointed out, I just made The Student Loan to experiment with music integration, and two-frame animations, after I wrapped up the second chapter of my main game. But, I may do a sequel at some point, or integrate Riley and the professor into Friends in Need.
I made this game as something of an homage to stuff like the Lesson of Passion games, which is why it has something of a zany, wish-fulfillment porn premise, coupled with short, to-the-point content. My other game is a little more grounded, and more story-focused.

This is what happens when incest, loli, and sleep sex warriors throw a hissy fit over fictional "R" in these games. Devs have to start reminding us that we are adults that should know fiction from real life lol.
Release Friends in Need on Steam and I'd buy it however I have a personal policy to never support Patreon. Sorry. It is an excellent game.
However my personal hatred towards Patreon and their hypocrisy is to great.

As soon as Chapter One is revised and updated with new art, I'll be putting it on Itchio, update-by-update. But, I didn't want to do it until I ironed out a few things. And I hope to put the first "season" up on Steam, once it's complete. That'll be like.. 12 chapters and quite a lot of content.
