They might've also improved episode 1 with this new version, but when I played the game when it first released I tried both aunt/cousins and mom/sisters and, from what I remember, they both had some parts where it sounded weird.

Yeah, I first tried with aunt/cousins but things didn't ring true, so tried mum/sisters and it was slightly better, but not perfect.

Yeah, bit lazy that one tbh. The 'renaming' screen is just a plain black background with a prompt for each character - I had no idea who the heck I was setting a relationship for.

Too confusing for me. I played until I had to manually put in every single relation without even knowing any character, didn’t even see the MILF and closed the game.

I initially turned lesbian content on because I thought I'd have the option later on to specify that I'm ok with the girls doing lesbian things as long as I'm involved (which is what a lot of harem-type games have as an option).
But so far I don't really like the idea that Sophie will pursue Bo if I say no to Bo. It feels like I'm forced to say yes to Bo just to avoid Sophie having a lesbian relationship with her. Bo is nice and all, but I want the twins and Beth and I'm not nearly as interested in anyone else as I am with the three of them.
Edit: Nevermind, I figured out how to navigate around the things I didn't like. Thanks to the dev for making it possible. I just had to try different choices a few times.

If it's the screw-up in the game code you meant, with regards to Sophie calling, from what I assume is Angela, aunt? Something is wrong, and needs fixing, as the pointer/code is attached to the wrong person, as it looks that way from the screen snips.
If it's the usage of the adjective or pronoun you're asking about:
Your is the correct grammar. It's your aunt, and the correct use of "yours" is, "Angela is an aunt of yours.". Your is a possessive adjective(always come before the noun they describe, such as "is your aunt", and yours is a possessive pronoun(unlike possessive adjectives, which always modify a noun (e.g., "your aunt"), possessive pronouns stand alone and replace a noun, like "is an aunt of yours).
If it's something else, I have no clue, as that's the only two things that came to mind when reading your post.

Its that or change laws in other countries so patreon can legally accept money for it...There has to be something more original go with than this generic 'landlady/tenant' bullshit to fly under Patreon's radar. It's gotten to the point that I've started to avoid incest tags because I know it's coming.

Thx for correcting, but that was not the point.
The question to determin the relationship in the beginning - so I think - is not just for all but for the MC to Angela (default landlady).
So the question is not for ALL (yours) but for MC (your) correct?
Issue is probably like:
I'm not a native english so sorry for the confusion.
Furthermore the following statments of Sophie, Angela and Grace do NOT suggest MCs father is infact also the father/partner of the formentioned characters.
So to me it made more sense to put Grace and Sophie in a sister (even twins*) relationship to eachother and daughter realtionship to Angela. While the relationship of the MC to Angela is more an aunt and therefore a cousin to the twins.
Beth therefore can be a half-sister to MC as she delivers the death notice of the father of MC.
