dude this shit is not just a flu now i can personally guarantee! I can't remember last time I got so bad with a sickness, I feel exausted, my whole body hurts and everytime I go to sleep I fall in to a spiral of fever dreams that I didnt know were possible... its not exactly fun.

Sorry for making this generic. Must be annoying hearing people saying the exact same thing, and that annoyance gets in the way of recovery. So maybe some advice without sounding too stupid or corny.
