The level I remember hearing this from was called "Kill your friends", or something like that? Basically, there were a bunch of traps at the bottom of the level that were controlled by a person ontop, and everybody would suffer going through the traps while the person on top would enjoy killing everybody else and making them suffer. I can't remember the creator who made them but they were fun levels. Good times, haha. Good times.
